How Do You Ship Your Jewelry? 

Our jewelry pieces are shipped in our linen bags, if you need additional bags for each piece or jewelry card holders with our logo, please email us before hand. andreamjewels@gmail.com

Need Pictures for My Website?

Once you purchase the items from our site. We would be happy to help accommodate. Please email us if you need pictures of our jewelry for your site. 

Please note you are not allowed to use any photos from our retail page @andreamboutique. If this condition is violated we will revoke access & buying from Andream Boutique.

We highly recommend you take your own photos and create a unique brand identity. 

Can We Brand? 

Absolutely you can! We want our line to be an extension to your store. Feel free to personalized, by adding your logo/business name to it, when shipping out orders or displaying them. We do not offer private labeling with your logo. 

Registration 

You do not need to provide a valid sellers permit at this time. Full access directly on our website. Andream Jewels

Lost Packages

Andream Wholesale  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package says it was delivered and its lost please file a claim with UPS:

Damage Package

If you package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package with the information listed below.

Please include: Website Orders in the subject line. Please include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. In our email andreamjewels@gmail.com

Wholesale Damage Package

Damaged or defective item(s) must be reported within 3 days upon receiving merchandise for store credit.

Pick Up Orders

Pick up orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your order. We do not schedule pick ups on Sundays or holidays.
