If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to process an exchange for you or offer a merchandise credit.
To be eligible the following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotion items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Hair accessories
- Face mask
- Our artisan earrings
- Worn items
- Items with scent, deodorant, and any signs of wear.
Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached. If not your package will be sent back to you.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

If you are returning a pair of shoes: Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept a return.
